MyUCCS Portal and Email Accounts
Account Resources
The UCCS Portal is a website where Faculty, staff, and employees can manage their employee information. You will also manage your classes and see rosters in "Faculty" side of the portal.
Office 365
Office 365 is the subscription service for popular Microsoft Office programs. While active at UCCS, your Office 365 subscription is FREE. The UCCS email accounts are Outlook accounts, and everything follows our single-sign on credentials.
Campus Internet
The Help Desk is happy to assist! OIT has multiple methods of contact available at our Get Help Page. The desk is located on the ground-level of the El Pomar Center (the clock tower under the library).
Wireless Network Info
The UCCS-Wireless wireless network provides a wireless connection in many locations across campus. In order to gain full access to this network a UCCS account (username and password) is required. For guests, please connect to the UCCS-Guest wireless network and follow the information provided for guest options.
When you join the eduroam or UCCS-Wireless network for the first time, depending on your operating system or device type you may be asked to accept and trust a server security certificate. You will need to follow the set up configuration for your device.
Parking Permits
Fall Permits go on sale August 5th, 2025. Parking Enforcement resumes Monday, August 25th at 8am, the first day of classes. All parking lots on campus require either a permit or hourly payment. Employees are allowed up to 3 vehicles on a permit. You may change these vehicles out at any time through the parking portal. Only one vehicle listed may be parked on campus at any given time.
We also run shuttle bus routes to connect periphery areas to the main campus, off-campus charters, motor pool vehicle rentals for University related business, and fleet management of University owned vehicles.
